About Me:

 

Hello! I'm Stacey- the chatty English lass behind My Crafternoons.

 

On moving from England to country Victoria, I wanted to continue my love of making things, making friends and making memories in my new community... and thus My Crafternoons was born. Over the past decade we've learnt new skills, met new people and enjoyed moments of creativity and connection galore, and it's always such a vibe.

From my Creative Writing degree to various roles working in the arts & culture sector, I've always loved being creative. I've done short courses in Art, Design and Textiles, have attended countless workshops in Australia and overseas and love to develop my skills learning from other tutors and teaching myself new tricks.
 

Fuelled by cups of tea and occasional glasses of wine, our crafty cats have a go at everything from painting and jewelery-making to woolcraft and weaving. We've even tackled other skills like cocktail-making and pizza-making... if it uses your hands and we think it'd make an awesome workshop, it's in!

If, like me, you're also happiest surrounded by sequins, hot glue guns and pom poms, then follow @mycrafternoons on socials or come along to meet in person. I do my best to make sure workshops are accessible for any ability level, but if you have specific needs or need help booking in, get in touch!

I'm also available to run workshops for hen parties, birthdays, team building sessions & events, and I'm always open to collaborating with quirky venues and awesome humans who are on my wavelength!
